Refundable are only new goods from the Accessories section, which have no traces of use and have not been in operation, in condition that:

their appearance and consumer characteristics are preserved

there are no traces of use and dirt

seals, labels, tags, protective films are preserved

factory markings is saved

integrity, good condition, preservation of all parts of original (factory) packing were respected.

The following are NOT subject TO RETURN or exchange:

Goods of proper quality which were made to your individual order and to your personal measurements (sizes), as this product is not a unit of consumer goods and cannot be used by anyone else.
Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after 5 days.

You are able to earn a full refund, except for bank or payment system fees, if you cancel the order within 24 hours after payment.

You are able to return 80% of the order value + delivery costs, except for bank or payment system fees, in case of order cancellation within 2472 hours after payment.

You are able to return 50% of the order value + delivery costs, except for bank or payment system fees, in case of order cancellation within 72120 hours after payment.

If you cancel the order more than 120 hours after payment, you are able to earn back the cost of delivery.

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
